Their third work TARANTULAE (CNI Music 2001), whose phonetic pronunciation is the same in Latin,  Nidi D'Arac’s  native Salento dialect and English, in the same way it creates a surprising harmony between ancient and modern, with all the power of the pizzica tarantata and the poetry of ancient refrains, music which is modern but also moving, like only the sounds of the South of the world know how to be.

Tarantulae is what music can be and what music can give, something which arises out of the desire to create and tell stories of yesteryear and today, with a language, which is linked to old traditions but is also in continual transformation, projecting itself forward, via the use of technology, of synthesised and filtered sounds, drum 'n' bass and trip-hop grooves.
